Growing up in Munich, I dedicated my childhood and youth to various sports. At the age of 16, I discovered my passion for American football, the sport in which I am still actively involved at a competitive level. My personal experiences as a competitive athlete help me to empathize well with the situation of other athletes.

In 2022, I successfully completed my Master's degree in Sports Psychology. Additionally, since 2023, I have been an ASP-certified sports psychology expert. Since then, I have worked closely with various athletes and teams, always with a clear goal in mind:
